The Pocket style bag was inspired by the Victorian style bags worn by women (at the waist) in Victorian times to hold their small belongings. For our purposes, I wanted something more utilitarian, something that could take a beating but continue looking great over time. Waxed canvas is the perfect fabric for a bag of this nature, as you can wipe it right off! Leather accents simply add to the durability and overall look. The Pocket measures roughly 6” x 8.5” bucket style which tapers to the bottom. This bag can be worn as a crossbody or around the waist (boujee style fanny pack). An adjustable strap with swivel head clasps will accompany all the bags, and they can be swapped out to match outfits and style change.

My handbags are completely hand cut, largely stitched by hand (though the waxed canvas is machine sewn). A combo of antique brass & copper rivets/washers are used in all cold connections. All bags will come in a muslin garment bag, so they can be safely stowed away when not in use.
*Leather is a completely natural material, and as such imperfections are very common. I use every piece of leather, the imperfections and scars are just as beautiful in my eyes, so please carefully look at all the pictures. Best to have no surprises.
