This is one gorgeous notebook cover! The leather was hand painted and stamped with multiple layers to achieve a gorgeous layered floral effect, and it has a silver hook closure to keep all your notes secure. The notebook cover also includes the notebook, which is an easy to size to replace. Just search for 3.5" x 5.5" sized journals -- these are often considered field note journals (see link here for some options on Amazon). The leather is heavy in weight, 4oz, so this journal will last a lifetime. The paint, specifically made for leather by Angelus has also been sealed with an acrylic leather sealer in a satin finish.

*Leather is a completely natural material, and as such imperfections are very common. I use every piece of leather, the imperfections and scars are just as beautiful in my eyes, so please carefully look at all the pictures. Best to have no surprises.
