Join me for a beginner course in painting leather. The options are endless with Iron Orchid Designs décor stamps, and I’ll show you how I paint, stamp and seal cuffs! Once you get a hang of the process, you can apply the process to bags, shoes and any kind of leather accessory you can get your hands on.
Supplies:
- Leather Cuffs (these are pre-made and ready to go)
- Angelus Acrylic Leather Paint (you’ll need one black and at least one other color {lighter than black so stamping shows})
- Angelus Acrylic Sealer (satin or matte or gloss your choice)
- IOD (Iron Orchid Designs) Stamps (any you like, I will be using Rose Toile)
- Thin Mounts (heavy acetate sheet)
- ½ Flat Wash Brush or ½ Angle Brush (one or the other, both are not needed)
- Mild Dish Soap (like Dawn) & loofah sponge (I’m partial to these)
- Brayer
- Paper Plate
