What: Online Virtual Class
Watercolor with Lexi is an online lesson (via Zoom) where we sketch, pen and paint a variety of subjects. This session we will study and work our way through landscapes, assorted birds/animals, flowers and a delightful fall porch vignette. We have 8 photographs that we’ll cover over the next 8 weeks. Please print these out so you have them handy for your sketching and color reference. This session is intermediate level, but it’s important to note that I help to break down and demystify the exercises outlined. I approach each lesson with a simple sketch or two, and we do a little playing to loosen up in some cases. Once we’re warmed up, we’ll begin our main lesson. These paintings and lessons are my interpretation of the photos used – so keep in mind I might change or modify my colors or approach from the original photograph.
