What: Online Virtual Class
Watercolor with Lexi is an online lesson (via Zoom) where we sketch, pen and paint a variety of subjects. This session we will study and work our way through landscapes and birds. With the holidays fast approaching, I’m keeping this session at 7 weeks, and we’ll pick up our weekly lessons again in January. We have 7 photographs that we’ll use as our inspiration. Please print these out so you have them handy for your sketching and color reference. This session is intermediate level, but it’s important to note that I help to break down and demystify the exercises outlined. I approach each lesson with a simple sketch or two, and we do a little playing to loosen up. Once we’re warmed up, we’ll begin our main lesson. These paintings and lessons are my interpretation of the photos used – so keep in mind I might change or modify my colors or approach from the original photograph.
